A gantry printer draws the walls in engineered concrete, bead over bead, following the digital blueprint exactly. No forms, no wall framing, a fraction of the waste — and the layers stay visible, a texture no plaster can imitate.
A steel gantry frame spans the whole footprint, and a robotic print head rides its rails laying a bead of engineered concrete — a mix thick enough to support itself, so the wall needs no forms and no beams. Each layer sets as the next lands. One machine, one material, one gesture.
Pick a plan or commission a custom one — the printer follows curves as easily as lines. Soil testing, survey and city permitting run in parallel; permits are the longest single line on the schedule.
Week 0–4
Excavation, utilities, grading and drainage, then a conventional slab with printed-wall anchor geometry — poured, inspected and cured while your print slot is scheduled.
Week 4–6
The gantry assembles over the slab and the house appears — bead over bead, wall by wall, 48–72 hours for a Haven-sized shell. Electricians and HVAC work inside while the walls rise around them.
Week 6 · 48–72 h
The roof is framed, assembled and set onto the printed shell, then glazing, exterior doors, rough-ins and insulation follow. The walls were finished the day they were printed.
Week 6–7
Polished concrete floors, oak joinery, linen light — interior finishing, landscaping, final inspection and walkthrough. Two to three weeks of build inside an eight-week project.
Week 7–8
From first bead to standing shell in 48–72 hours. What used to take months of framing now takes days of printing.

The printed walls are hollow-core — cavities rise with the print exactly where services need to run. Electricians and HVAC crews work inside the shell while it prints, and second-fix openings are cut precisely where the plan calls for them.
No — the printer draws the walls. The roof is framed conventionally, assembled and set onto the shell, which is why a Haven can carry a proper pitched roofline over printed concrete walls.
You can — but most owners don't. The layer lines are the signature of the method. We seal them with a mineral finish that deepens the shadow lines.
The hollow printed wall is insulated after the print, giving thermal mass and an airtight envelope. A Haven holds warmth through an Alberta winter, coolness in summer — and is engineered to be disaster-resistant against fire, flood and windstorm.
